Blower Motor – measure amperage and voltage for proper operation
Thermostat – test for proper operation, calibrate and level

Test operation of defrost board and adjust if needed
Check operation of heat strips
Test defrost sensor
Confirm operation of solenoid

Ignition system – test for safe and proper operation
Exhaust system – inspect for proper venting
Thermostat – test for proper operation, calibrate and level
Inspect for combustible material around furnace
Inspect & test all safety devices for proper operation
Measure Supply/Return temperature differential
