There’s no reason not to protect your investment.

  1. Clean existing air filter (if washable)
  2. Inspect indoor coil, if accessible
  3. Blower Motor – measure amperage and voltage for proper operation
  4. Thermostat – test for proper operation, calibrate and level
  5. Bearing – inspect for wear and lubricate
  6. Refrigerant – monitor operating pressures
  7. Inspect Condenser Coil
  8. Inspect Condensate Drain
  9. Electrical Wiring – inspect for saftey
  10. Safety Devices – inspect for proper operation
  11. Electrical Disconnect Box – inspect for wiring connections & overheating
  12. Inspect and test capacitors
  13. Test/inspect contactors for burned/ pitted contacts
  14. Inspect service valves for proper operation
  15. Inspect fan blade
  16. Compressor – monitor, measure amp draw and voltage
  17. Measure Supply/Return temperature differential
  18. Check operation of circuit boards
  19. Check equipment subcooling and superheat

Kuhn’s Heating & Air will perform a complete A/C tune-up including the following 19 operations:

Heat Pumps (19 point check) plus:

  1. Check proper operation of the reversing valve
  2. Test operation of defrost board and adjust if needed
  3. Check operation of heat strips
  4. Test defrost sensor
  5. Confirm operation of solenoid
